Critter Cereal?
Critter Cereal?
Youtube has revolutionized the way people share their lives. People are able to rise to fame a fortune by simply uploading a video of their cute cat. Today one man gained fame, but it wasn’t for anything remotely cute. The man, only known by his youtube username Justinjale, sat down to breakfast expecting to enjoy his favorite cereal, Kellogg’s chocolate frosted Mini Wheats Little Bites, before starting his day. Unfortunately, before he was able to even pour out his tasty treat into a bowl he got a rather nasty surprise. He opened his cereal and saw something amidst the chocolate frosted wheat bites that looked like rice…until it started moving. You guessed it. He’d found a maggot in his cereal.
Kellogg’s claims their product has wonderful nutritional ingredients such as fiber and whole grains, but they failed to mention it also contained our daily dose of protein. Understandably, the company is suitably mortified and claims to be looking into the matter as I write this. There have been a number of these kinds of incidents lately. The only thing I’m wondering is who will be next.
Have you ever found maggots in your food? Would you consider it a good source of protein rather than a gross creature to be flung as far away from you as possible?
