A Vacation to Remember!
Two tourists from California are going to remember their New York City trip for years to come! But not in a good way… The two were staying in a NYC hotel (Astor on the Park Hotel on the Upper West Side) during their vacation when they were eaten alive by a swarm of bedbugs!
The two were attacked in their bed and later even posted a video of the bed bugs on YouTube meandering ominously on their mattress. Elgin Ozlen, told ABC News “We were expecting a vacation to remember the rest of our lives. We will remember it the rest of our lives, but it won’t be a pleasant memory.”
One of the hotel employees, who refused to give his name, told ABC that he was “instructed” not to say anything about the claims of the guest. What ever happened to quality service?
